Betting and Game Rules
These rules explain how bets, spins and live table rounds are placed and settled at Mrben Casino. They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions, and the rules built into each individual game apply on top of them.

General rules that apply to all play
You may hold one account with us. Play is open to people aged 18 or over who have passed our age and identity checks, and we may ask for documents before a withdrawal is paid. We hold a gaming licence and verify every account.
Your balance may hold real money and bonus funds at the same time. The cashier and the game window show which balance a stake is taken from, and the order in which the two are used is set out in the cashier and in the terms of the promotion you are playing with.
- A bet is final once placed. When you confirm a stake, the round begins and the stake leaves your balance. We cannot cancel, change or refund a round because of a change of mind, a mis-click or a stake entered in the wrong field.
- Only stakes accepted by the game server count as bets. If a stake is not accepted, nothing is deducted and the round does not take place.
- You must place your own bets. An account may not be shared, sold or operated by anyone other than the registered account holder.
- We may limit stakes, close a game or restrict access to a product where we are required to do so, or where a fault is suspected.
How bets and spins are settled
Every round is settled by the game server. The outcome recorded on our systems is the official record of the round and is final, even if the screen in front of you shows something different because of a display fault, a slow connection or a cached page.
Game rules and paytables
Each game carries its own rules, paytable and help file, opened from the game window. These explain how wins are formed, which symbols or hands pay, how features are triggered and how any side bet is treated. Where a game's own rules differ from the general rules on this page, the game's rules apply to that game.
Return to player
Every game shows its return-to-player figure in its help or information screen. The figure is a long-term average taken over a very large number of rounds. It does not describe what will happen in a single session, and individual results stay unpredictable.
| Term | What it means for your bet |
|---|---|
| Round | A single play, from the accepted stake to the result shown by the game server. |
| Paytable | The table in the game's help screen showing what each winning combination pays. |
| Return to player | The long-term average return shown in each game's information screen. |
| Official record | The result stored on our systems, which settles the round and any payout. |
Malfunctions and interrupted rounds
A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, feature or table does not work as its rules describe, affected rounds and any amounts credited by the fault are void, stakes taken in error are returned to your balance, and the game may be taken offline until the fault is fixed.
- If your connection drops mid-round, open the game again from your account. Where the game supports it, the round resumes at the point it stopped; otherwise the server settles the round and the result appears in your game history.
- Rounds settled while you were away are shown in your game history with the stake, the outcome and the time.
- Where a round cannot be completed at all, the stake is returned and the round is treated as void.
- Pays credited by a fault, a duplicated round or a pricing error are reversed, and we may correct your balance accordingly.
Playing with bonus funds
Bonus funds are governed by the terms of the promotion they came from, which you can open from the promotions area of your account. Those terms set the wagering requirement, the games that count towards it and the time you have to use the funds.
- A maximum stake applies while a wagering requirement is open. The limit is shown in the promotion terms, and stakes above it may lead to the bonus and anything won from it being removed.
- Games contribute to wagering at different rates, as set out in the promotion terms. Some games do not contribute at all, and some are blocked while a bonus is active.
- Where you hold both real money and bonus funds, stakes are taken in the order shown in the cashier.
- If a bonus is forfeited or expires, the bonus balance and anything won with it are removed. Your real-money balance is not affected.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are hosted by a dealer and run with physical cards, wheels or dice, so a few extra rules apply to them.
- Bets must be placed inside the betting window shown on the table. Chips that are not confirmed before betting closes are not accepted and stay in your balance.
- The dealer's call on the table decides how a round is played, including when betting closes, how cards are dealt and how the result is announced.
- Each table has its own help file with the rules, the payouts and any side bets, and its own minimum and maximum stakes, shown at the table.
- Irregularities with the physical equipment, such as a misdeal, a card exposed in error or a ball leaving the wheel, are handled under the rules in that table's help file. Affected rounds may be void and stakes returned.
- If the video stream fails while the round continues, the result recorded by the game server settles the round, and the round appears in your game history.
Queries and disputes about a round
If you think a round was settled incorrectly, contact us on live chat or write to support@casino-mrben.co.uk. The more detail you give, the quicker we can check the record of the round.
- The name of the game or live table.
- The date and time of the round, with the time zone you are quoting.
- The round or game reference from your game history.
- The stake, the balance used and the result you expected.
- A screenshot, if you have one.
We check the server record against your game history and come back to you with what the record shows. If our answer does not settle the matter, our complaints procedure explains how to escalate it within our team and how it can then be referred to the alternative dispute resolution provider named there. Your statutory rights are not affected.
