Acceptance of these terms and changes to them

These terms are the agreement between you and Mrben Casino. They apply each time you register, log in, deposit, place a bet, claim an offer or request a withdrawal. By opening an account you confirm that you have read them and accept them.

Other rules apply alongside them: the terms published with each promotion, the rules of each game, and our privacy and cookie policies. Where a promotion's terms differ from this page, the promotion terms apply to that offer.

We may change these terms, for example to reflect a change in the law, in our licence conditions, in the payment methods we offer or in how the site works. The version published here is always the current one.

  1. We publish the updated terms here with a new effective date.
  2. Where a change matters to you, we send notice to the e-mail address on your account or show a message when you next log in.
  3. If you do not accept a change, you may withdraw your available balance, subject to the checks below, and close your account.

Eligibility, your account and verification

An account with us is personal to you. You open it in your own name, for your own use, and you are responsible for everything done on it.

Who can open an account

  • You must be 18 or over. Underage gambling is an offence; we close any account held by a person under 18 and return the deposits.
  • You must live in the United Kingdom and use a payment method in your own name.
  • You must not be excluded from gambling through a scheme such as GamStop, or through an exclusion you have set with us.
  • You may hold one account only. If duplicates are opened, we may close them and void bonus funds and any winnings taken with them.
  • You must not open an account for anyone else; employees of the site and their close relatives may not play here.

Your details and your login

The name, date of birth, address, e-mail address and telephone number you give us must be accurate and yours, and kept up to date in your account settings. Out-of-date details delay verification and withdrawals.

Your password and security codes are for you alone. Do not share them or let anyone else use the account. Tell us at once by e-mail to support@casino-mrben.co.uk or through the live chat on the site if you think someone else has them, and we will secure the account.

Verification checks

We hold a gaming licence and we verify the accounts we hold. Before your first withdrawal, and at other points while the account is open, we check your identity, your age and your address, and we may ask you to confirm that a payment method belongs to you. Where we are required to, we also carry out source-of-funds checks.

Deposits and withdrawals

The payment methods open to you, the minimum and maximum amounts and the processing times are shown in the cashier when you are logged in. Those are the limits that apply to your account.

  • Deposit only money that is yours, from a method in your own name.
  • We pay withdrawals back to the method you deposited with wherever that method allows it; where it does not, we use an alternative in your own name.
  • A withdrawal is sent once any outstanding verification is complete and any open bets have settled.
  • Your balance is money you hold to gamble with. We pay no interest on it, and the account is not a savings or payment account.
  • If funds reach your account in error, tell us; we may reverse the entry and recover the amount.

We may decline a transaction where a payment provider, the law or our own checks require it, and we tell you why as far as we are able to.

Bonuses and promotions

Offers are optional. You can play with your own funds alone, decline an offer in the cashier, or ask us to remove bonus funds before you have used them.

Each offer is published with its own terms, which sit alongside this page. Those terms set out the points below.

  • The wagering requirement, which is the number of times the amount must be staked before winnings can be withdrawn, together with the games that count towards it and the rate at which each one counts.
  • The maximum stake you may place on a single spin, hand or bet while a wagering requirement is still open.
  • How long you have to use the offer, and what happens to any bonus funds and bonus winnings left when it expires.
  • Any cap on the amount that can be won from the offer or withdrawn from it.
  • Any minimum deposit needed to claim the offer, and any payment methods that are excluded from it.

Promotions are meant for ordinary play. We may remove an offer, void bonus funds and the winnings taken with them, and withhold future offers, where an account takes unfair advantage of a promotion: by using more than one account, by playing with others to clear the same offer, or by placing bets that cover most outcomes so that wagering is cleared with little risk. Deposits that are genuinely yours are not affected.

Safer gambling tools and self-exclusion

Gambling is for adults and should stay affordable. The tools in your account let you set a deposit limit, set a loss or stake limit, see a reminder of the time you have played, take a time-out from a day upwards, or self-exclude for a longer fixed period. A limit that lowers your spending applies straight away; a request to raise one takes effect after a cooling-off period.

While a self-exclusion is in place the account is closed to play, you are removed from our marketing, and we will not knowingly let you open another. GamStop excludes you from all online operators covered by the scheme. Free, confidential support is available from GamCare, GambleAware and the National Gambling Helpline, and our support team can set a limit or a break with you.

Closing an account, complaints and the law

Closing or suspending an account

You can close your account at any time by e-mail or live chat. We return any available balance once verification is complete and confirm when the account is closed. Closing an account is not self-exclusion; tell us if you want an exclusion applied as well.

We may suspend or close an account where you ask us to, where these terms are breached, where verification cannot be completed, where we have reason to believe the account is linked to fraud, crime or another person, or where it has been dormant for a long period. Except where the law prevents it, we explain the reason and what happens to any balance, open bets and bonus funds.

Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, write to support@casino-mrben.co.uk or use the live chat. Tell us what happened, when, and what you would like us to do. We acknowledge your complaint, look into it and answer within a reasonable time, and we tell you if a complex matter needs longer.

If our final answer does not settle the matter, you can take it to an independent dispute resolution service free of charge. We name the service that applies to your complaint, and how to reach it, in that final answer.

Liability and governing law

We take reasonable care to keep the site and the games running, but we cannot promise they will always be available. Where a bet, game or balance is affected by a clear error or fault, we may void the affected bets and correct the balance to the position it should have been in.

We are responsible for loss we cause by failing to meet our obligations under these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for loss arising from your own breach of these terms, or for equipment, software or connections that are not ours. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
